梅毒螺旋体IgM抗体在梅毒血清固定中的应用

目的：探讨梅毒螺旋体特异性IgM（TP—IgM）抗体在梅毒血清固定中的应用。方法：对285例梅毒患者中病程1年以上，快速血浆反应素环状卡片试验（RPR）阳性且血清固定患者，用免疫印迹法检测TP—IgM抗体。结果：285例梅毒患者中，28例发生血清固定，经TP—IgM检测，阳性8例，阴性20例；28例血清固定患者中，17例二期梅毒患者TP—IgM抗体阳性5例，阴性12例；11例潜伏梅毒患者中TP—IgM抗体阳性3例，阴性8例；无一期梅毒。结论：梅毒螺旋体特异性IgM抗体可作为梅毒血清固定患者感染并活动的一项血清学指标。

Application of IgM antibody in syphilis serum fixed

Objectives： To investigate the application of Treponema pallidum specific IgM （TP -IgM） in the immobiliza tion of antibodies on syphilis serum. Method： 285 patients getting syphilis for more than one year and presented positive in RPR were selected to detect their TP - IgM antibody by Western Blotting method. Results ： Among the 285 syphilis patients, 28 cases got serum fixed. After detecting by TP - IgM, 8 cases presented positive while the other 20 presented negative. Among the 17 secondary syphilis patients, 5 cases were with positive TP -IgM antibody, while the other 12 cases were negative; 3 cases of the I 1 TP IgM patients with latent syphilis antibodies were positive, the other 8 cases were negative; and there is no primary syphi lis. Conclusion： Trepenema pallidum specific IgM antibody could be a serological index in the syphilis Serofast infection and ac tivities.
