直肠癌手术患者性功能障碍情况及其相关影响因素调查研究

目的：调查分析直肠癌手术患者性功能障碍情况，并探讨其相关影响因素。方法：选取2009年6月至2013年1月于本院进行手术治疗且术前无性功能障碍的162例男性直肠癌患者为研究对象，将其术后性功能障碍发生率进行统计，并比较不同疾病分期、手术方式、文化程度患者的性功能障碍发生率，同时对上述因素进行Loglstie分析。结果：162例直肠癌手术患者术后共发生67例性功能障碍，发生率为41．36％，其中Dukes分期较高、Miles术及小学和初中患者的发生率分别高于其他患者，且经logistic分析上述方面均为其危险因素，P均〈o_05，均有显著性差异。结论：直肠癌手术患者术后的性功能障碍发生率较高，且其受疾病分期、手术方式及文化程度的影响均较大，因此在围术期应给予充分重视。

Investigation on the sexual dysfunction of patients with rectal cancer operation and related influence factors

Objectives： To investigate and analyze the sexual dysfunction situation of patients with rectal cancer operation and to study its related influence factors. Method： 162 male patients who were treated with rectal cancer operation in our hospital from June 2009 to January 2013 were selected. They did not suffer from sexual dysfunction before operation. After operation, the sexual dysfunction rate of all the patients was analyzed, and the sexual dysfunction rate of patients with different disease stages, different operation methods and different education degrees were compared. Logistic analysis was used to identify risk factors. Re- suits： 67 out of 162 （41.36%） patients suffered from sexual dysfunction after rectal cancer opetaion. The patients with higher Dukes staging, or with primary or middle school, or receiving Miles operation, were more likely to suffer from sexual dysfunction. These were risk factors proved by Logistic analysis with P - values lower than 0. 05. Condusion： The occurrence rate of sexual dysfunction after rectal cancer operation is high, and the influence factors include disease stages, operation methods and education dezree. These influence factors should be paid enough attention during the perioperative period.
