| 摘 要： | 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）是比较常见但容易被人们忽视的一种疾病.OSAS具有高发病率且与心血管疾病有着极其密切的关系,如得不到有效治疗,将严重影响患者生活质量,并会并发心脑血管疾病,导致严重后果.但目前心血管科医师尚未对心血管疾病患者中的OSAS的治疗产生足够的重视.为此,该文将简述OSAS引起心血管疾病的可能机制及OSAS对相关心血管疾病影响的研究现状,以期优化合并OSAS心血管疾病的治疗策略.

| Abstract: | Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome （OSAS） is a disease witch is relatively common but easily neglected. OSAS has a high incidence and an extremely close relationship with cardiovascular disease,if there is a lack of effective treatment on it,OSAS will seriously affect the quality of life of patients and will be complicated by cardio- cerebral vascular diseases, leading to serious consequences. But cardiovascular physicians have not paid enough attention to the treatment on OSAS in the patients with cardiovascular disease.To this end, this article will briefly describe the mechanism by witch OSAS cause cardiovascular disease and the status quo of the study of the impact of OSAS on related cardiovascular disease,with a view to optimize the treatment strategies of cardiovascular disease associated with OSAS. |
