鼻窦冠状位高分辨率CT在招飞体检中的应用

目的探讨冠状位高分辨率CT在招飞体检耳鼻喉科中的应用价值。方法对215例2000-2003年山东、河南两省招飞体检中有鼻腔阳性体征及鼻窦X线平片改变者，进行鼻窦冠状位高分辨率CT扫描对照。结果其中113例(52．6％)显示单组或多组鼻窦内病变较明显，且窦口鼻道复合体结构不良。结论冠状位高分辨率CT(high resolution computerized tomography，HRCT)能清晰显示鼻窦及鼻腔细微结构，为体检结论提供准确、科学的诊断依据，有效地提高了招飞体检的质量。

Application of coronal high resolution computer tomography in cadet candidates with paranasal sinus changes by X-ray plain film

Objective To investigate the value of using high resolution computer tomography(HRCT) for assessing cadet candidates with paranasal sinus changes by X-ray plain film. Methods Coronal HRCT was performed in 215 cadet candidates with positive nasal signs and paranasal sinus changes by plain X-ray film. Results Among these candidates, 113 cases(52.6%) were disqualified according to the HRCT diagnosis, while the other 102 cases(47.4%) were retained for further treatment, and 98 of them became qualified during reexamination. Conclusions Coronal HRCT can well display the structure of paranasal sinus, provide evidence for accurate clinic diagnosis, elevate the quality of ENT examination of cadet candidates.
