| 摘 要： | 目的:观察化瘀通络汤配合腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的效果。方法:将151例患者随机分为两组,治疗组76例,对照组75例。治疗组以化瘀通络汤加减并配合腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组行单纯腹腔镜手术治疗,疗程为3个月,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组治愈37例,好转38例,无效1例,总有效率98.68%;对照组治愈12例,好转55例,无效8例,总有效率89.30%。两组疗效比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:化瘀通络汤配合腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的效果明显优于单纯腹腔镜手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of＂Huayu tongluo tang and Laparoscopic surgery＂on the treatment of tubal infertility.Methods：151 cases of tubal infertility were randomly divided into two groups：The treatment group including 76 cases were treated by the Huayu tongluo tang in Laparoscopic surgery and control group（75 cases） were treated by just Laparoscopic surgery.The time of the atment was three monthes.Rusults：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.68%and markedly higher than that of the control group which was 89.3%（P0.05） .Conclusions：Huayu tongluo tang and laparoscopic surgery is more effective in treating tubal infertility than Laparoscopic surgery. |
