| 摘 要： | 学校管理要保持动态的眼光,一方面充分利用历史积淀形成的校园精神,潜在地支配、制约、引导被管理者,使历时性的积累作用于当前的管理.另一方面要有前瞻性,把握信息化社会下教育的发展趋势,在学校管理观念、教学体制、教学过程等方面及时做出相应调整和积极反应.

| Abstract: | A dynamic foresight should be employed in university management. On the one hand, the inherited university cultural spirit should be fully used for the purpose of regulating, restricting and guiding the students to make the diachronic managing experience work on the current university management. On the other hand, relevant reformations and positive responses should be made in the aspects of management concept, teaching system and process under the prediction of the education trend in the informationized society. |
