| 摘 要： | 本文比较了尿路草酸钙结石患者和正常人尿镁/草酸比值的改变情况,发现虽然两组之间24h尿镁和尿草酸排泄量没有显著性差异,但结石组24b尿镁/草酸比值明显低于对照组;进行昼夜动态改变观察发现结石组尿镁/草酸比值明显低于正常人的时相主要出现在清早及晚上。本文认为尿镁/草酸比值是进行尿路草酸钙结石病因研究的一个简单而有效的观察指标。

| Abstract: | The urinary magnesium/oxalate ratio was investigated in the calcium oxalate stone pa- tients.Although it was found that there were no significant difference in the 24 hour urinary excretion of magnesium and oxalate between the stone forming patients and the controls.but the magnesium/oxalate ratio was significantly lower in the stone forming patients than that of the controls.And such difference in the ratio appeared mainly in the morning and at night.Thus,the magnesium/oxalate ratio is a simple and useful index in the investigation of the cause of the urinary calcium oxalate stone disease. |
