市场营销观念在临产室护理管理中的应用

摘    要:为了适应社会主义市场经济体制改革,笔者将市场营销观念应用于临产室护理管理中,把营销组合中的产品与服务、价格、宣传、销售和人力作为5个基本营销手段,开展了导乐分娩、家庭式产房、全程陪伴分娩、点名接产、生命剪彩工程和镇痛分娩等护理服务产品,提高助产士人际沟通能力,增强顾客意识,重视护理市场的主动开发,体现助产护理服务的经济价值。

Abstract:In order to meet the need of Socialism market economic reform, the author applied the marketing conception into nursing management of perinatal room, and took product and service, price, propaganda, sale and human resource as five basic marketing means. The author helped to improve communication between nurses and lying-in women, increased the consciousness of guests, emphasized the active exploitation of the market and showed the value of delivering nursing by introducing happy birth, home style birth room, the whole-process birth accompany, medical staff calling, ceremony for birth, antalgic delivering and so on.
