| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血液粘度对急性脑梗塞发病的影响。方法检测40例急性脑梗塞住院治疗患者的全血粘度高切值、全血粘度低切值、红细胞压积、血沉和血小板聚集功能。结果与健康人血液流变学检查结果相比较,急性脑梗塞组病人除红细胞压积值外,其余4项检测值均有显著性差异。结论血液粘度的增高是急性脑梗塞发病的一个重要因素,应引起足够的重视。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of the blood viscosity no acute cerebral infarction. Methods 40 inpatient cases of the acute cerebral infarction were selected. The Low notch viscosity and high notch viscosity of the whole blood ,HCT, ESR, platelet aggregation function were determined. Results All the above factor are significantly higher (P< 0.05) in the acute cerebral infarction group than those of the healthy except for HCT control group. Especially, for low notch viscosity, ESR and platelet aggregation function (P< 0.01). Conclusion People with high blood viscosity have tendency to have acute cerebral infarction. |
