臀肌筋膜挛缩症75例报告

方法：采用于股骨大粗隆顶部平面切断除臀肌纤维以外所有挛缩组织的手术方式治疗７５例臀肌筋膜变缩症。结果：随访６～１８个月，步态正常，能并有腿下蹲，未发现复发者。结论：该术式于挛缩之应力集中处切断挛缩组织，因此松解拘谨，创务小，有利于早期进行髋关节的功能锻炼。

Gluteal musculofascial contracture-a report of 75 cases

Methods:Seventy five patients with gluteal musculofascial contracture were treated with severing of contracted tissues at the level of apex of greater trochanter.Results:The follow up periods were 6 to 18 months.All patients could walk normally and squat with legs close together.Conclusions:As the method is to sever the contracted tissues at the stress concentrated point,it has the advantages of complete releasing of contracture,less trauma and early exercise of hip joint.
