应用冠状动脉旋磨术治疗慢性闭塞性冠状动脉病变

目的：观察冠状动脉旋磨术治疗慢性闭塞性冠状动脉病变的效果。方法：对21支慢性闭塞性冠状动脉（闭塞时间＞1个月）实施冠状动脉旋磨术，包括8例行冠状动脉球囊成行术失败者，TIMI 1级8例，TIMI 0级13例，闭塞病变位于前降支6例，回旋支7例，右冠状动脉8例，结果：13例患者冠状动脉旋磨术成功，TIMI 1级成功率100％，闭塞时间＜3个月者成功率75％，闭塞时间＞3个月者成功率40％，成功者中闭塞时间最长16个月，平均8．12个月，结论：冠状动脉旋磨术治疗慢性闭塞性冠状动脉安全有效。

Effect of rotational angioplasty in treatment of patients with chronic coronary artery occlusions

Objective:To evaluate the effect of rotational angioplasty(RA) in the treatment of patients with chronic coronary artery occlusions.Methods:RA was performed on 21 patients with chronic coronary artery occlusions (RA),including 8 cases of PTCA failure, 8 patients whose TIMI was grade 1 and 13 patients whose TIMI was grade 0. The occlusion vessel involved LAD in 6 cases, LCX in 7 and RCA in 8. Results:Successful reopening was achieved in 13 patients. The success rate in patients with TIMI 1 was 100%, 75% in those whose occlusion duration was less than 3 months, and 40% in those whose occlusion duration was over 3 months. The longest occlusion duration was 16 months and the average occlusion duration was 8.12 months in those who was successfully treated.Conclusion:Rotational angioplasty is safe and effective in treating chronic coronary artery occlusions.
