无偿献血者丙氨酸氨基转氨酶阳性结果分析

目的 探讨无偿献血者ALT检测阳性与HBsAg和HCV感染及非病理因素的关系。方法 随机抽取484名检测不合格献血者，统计ALT、HBsAg和抗-HCV阳性不合格项目的构成比；分析ALT阳性与HBsAg和HCV感染的相关性；对2004年检测不合格的献血者中随机分层抽取129名ALT阳性献血者，并抽取126名合格献血者，根据献血档案对献血者的非病理因素（性别、年龄、体质量、文化程度、民族、献血次数、血型分布）与ALT检测阳性应用卡方检验进行相关性分析。结果 检测不合格无偿献血者ALT阳性构成比明显高于其他检测项目；ALT阳性与HBsAg阳性无相关性，与抗-HCV阳性呈正相关；非病理因素中ALT阳性献血者男性高于女性，体质量超重者明显高于体质量正常者。结论 ALT阳性检出与HCV感染呈正相关；非病理因素与性别和体质量有关。

Analysis on positive ALT volunteer blood donors

Objective To evaluate the effect of non-pathology factors and hepatitis virus infection on positive ALT volunteer blood donors.Methods The distributing of non-eligibility items were observed on 484 volunteer blood donors which were taken out at random in 2004.The relation between positive ALT and HBsAg and anti- HCV,and the relation with non-pathology factors,such as:sex,age,avoirdupois,nation,degree of culture and donor times were studied.Results Positive ALT rate was higher evidently than other items on volunteer blood donors. Positive ALT had relationship with positive HBsAg and anti-HCV.Non-pathology factor could affect the result of ATL,man was higher than woman and overweight was higher than normal weigh.Conclusion Positive ALT is a main cause on blood reject;It has a positive correlation with HCV infection;Man is higher than woman and the over- weights are higher than the normalweights in non-pathology factors.
