伊贝母中非生物碱类化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘    要:目的:研究伊贝母中非生物碱类化学成分。方法:采用反复硅胶柱色谱、开放ODS柱色谱和HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,并通过NMR技术鉴定其化学结构。结果:从伊贝母乙醇提取物的三氯甲烷萃取部分分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别为(25R)-△5(6)-异螺甾-17α,3β-二醇-3-O-β-D.吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→3)[d-三-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1—2)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1),β-谷甾醇(2),月桂酸(3),反式桂皮酸(4),月桂酸甘油酯(5),胡萝卜苷(6),届-谷甾醇棕榈酸酯(7)。结论:化合物l、7为首次从贝母属中分离得到,4、5为首次从伊贝母植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective: To study the non-alkaloid constituents from Fritillaria pallidiflora Schrenk. Methods: Solvent extraction and column chromatography were used to isolate the non-alkaloid constituents, physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis were employed for determination of the structures. Results: Seven compounds were isolated, and their structures were identified as (25R) -△5(6)-isospirost-17a, 3/3-diol-3-O-β- D-glucopyranosyl-( 1 → 3 ) - [ α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-( 1 → 2 ) ] -β-D- glucopyranoside ( 1 ), β-sitosterol ( 2 ), laurostearic acid ( 3), trans-cinnamic acid ( 4), lauric acid 1-monoglyceride ( 5 ), daucosterol ( 6 ), β-sitosterol palmitate (7) . Conclusion: Compounds 1, 7 were obtained from the Fritillaria genus for the first time and 4, 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
