| 摘 要： | 对转移性多发骨肿瘤目前尚无治疗良策。应用~１５３Ｓｍ－ＥＤＴＭＰ内照射治疗不同病理类型肿瘤多发性骨转移患者３０例，缓解骨痛效果显著，部分骨转移灶经治疗后缩小或消失（２０％），总有效率９３.４％。因此我们认为，１５３Ｓｍ－ＥＤＴＭＰ内照射是目前治疗转移性多发骨肿瘤的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Thirty patients with multiple bone metastases were treated by using 153-Sm-EDTMP at the dosage of 14. 8-37 MBQ/kg.The results Showed that in6 patient gratifying effect was observed while in 28. Patients less remarkable sideeffect was seen. The overall effective rate was 93. 4%(28/30). In 6 patient in whomthe effect gratified not only the pain was alleviated but that also the shrinkage ordisappearance of the bone lesion was observed. No bone marrow depression or other side effects were found. It is suggested that internal radiotherapy with 153-Sm-EDTMP is safe and effective in the managememt of multiple bone metastases. |
