| 摘 要： | 目的探讨椎管扩大成形术椎板原位回植治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法对41例老年性腰椎管狭窄患者行椎管扩大成形术加椎板原位回植术。结果41例均获随访,时间3~15个月。依据JOA下腰痛评分标准,治愈9例,显效25例,有效6例,无效1例。结论该术式可基本保证椎管的解剖结构以维持其稳定性,并可有效扩大椎管容积、防止术后瘢痕增生压迫硬膜。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of the treament of lumbar spinal stenosis with vertebral canaloplasty and in situ laminae replantation.Methods 41 cases of elder patients were treated with this method for lumbar spinal sternosis.Results All the patients were followed up for 3~15 months.The clinical results were evaluated according to JOA low back pain standard,9 cases were rated as excellent,25 good,6 fair and 1 poor.Conclusions Spinal canaloplasty by laminectomy and in situ laminae replantation can preserve the anatomic structure and stability of spine,which can decrease adherent rate of scar dura mater and obviously increase the area of the spinal cana1. |
