| 摘 要： | 目的:观察山萸肉醇提液对大鼠的急性毒性、蓄积毒性和致畸作用,为进一步开发利用山萸肉提供毒理学资料.方法:采用食品安全性毒理学评价程序与方法规定的急性毒性试验、致畸胎试验以及蓄积毒性试验方法,对山萸肉醇提液进行检测.结果:山萸肉醇提液的LD50＞10 g/kg,蓄积系数＞5;山萸肉醇提液对实验小鼠无致畸胎作用.结论:山萸肉醇提液无急性毒性和蓄积毒性,对脊椎动物胚胎无致畸作用.

| Abstract: | Aim: To check the embryo toxicity, acute toxicity and accumulation toxicity of matter extracted from the pulp of cornus by ethanol. Methods: Acute toxicity test,accumulation toxicity test and teratogenicity test were used in this study.Results: LD_ 50 >10 g/kg ,accumulation coefficient >5,and the matter extracted from the pulp of cornus by ethanol had no embryotoxicity on the embryos of rats.Conclusion:The matter extracted from the pulp of cornus by ethanol has no acute toxicity, accumulation toxicity and embryotoxicity. |
