覆膜支架植入术治疗Stanford B型主动脉夹层患者的护理

目的:探讨对Stanford B型主动脉夹层患者行覆膜支架植入术术前、术中及术后的有效护理方法。方法:对14例Stanford B型主动脉夹层行覆膜支架植入术的患者,术前、术中、术后均采取密切监护病情、严密监测生命体征等护理措施。结果:14例患者病情均好转,术后恢复满意。结论:覆膜支架植入术是治疗Stanford B型主动脉夹层的有效方法,充分的术前准备、严格的术中监护和完善的术后护理是确保手术顺利进行、保证治疗有效、减少并发症的关键。

Nursing Experiences of Stanford TypeB Aortic Dissection Treated by Endovascular Stent-grafting

Objective： To investigate the perioperative nursing of Stanford type B aortic dissection treated by endovascular stent-grafting. Methods： 14 patients with Stanford type B aortic dissection treated by endovascular stent-grafting were given strict perioperative nursing care such as close observation of patient＇s condition and vital signs. Results：All 14 patients recovered satisfactorily postoperative. Conclusion： EndovascUlar stent-grafting is an effective method for treating Stanford type B aortic dissection. The sufficient preoperative preparation, strict intraoperative nursing care and good postoperative care are the guarantee of operation going well and treatment being effective, what＇s more, they are the keys of reducing the complications of the endovascular stent-grafting.
