中西医结合治疗高血压脑出血38例

目的]观察中西医结合治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法]将73例高血压脑出血病例随机分成西药治疗组(A组):35例,采用西药脱水剂控制颅内压、管理血压、防治并发症、支持对症治疗;中西医结合治疗组(B组):38例,西医治疗同A组,急性期应用醒脑静注射液静脉滴注,恢复期口服补阳还五汤加味治疗。平均疗程28天,评定疗效并进行组间比较。结果]A、B组总有效率分别为74%、95%,两组总有效率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论]西药联合中药是治疗高血压脑出血的有效方法。

Combining Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of 38 cases of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Objective]To observe the combined chinese and western medicine treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Method]73 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into treatment group (A group):35 cases,using western medicine dehydrating agent control intraeranial pressure, management of blood pressure,prevention of complications,support the symptomatic treatment;in the combination therapy group (B group):38 cases,Western medicine treatment with the A group,acute phase of XNJI intravenous infusion,recovery of oral Buyanghuanwu decoction.The average course of treatment 28 days to assess the efficacy and treatment groups were compared.Results]A,B group,the total effective rate was 74%, 95%,the total effective difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05).Conclusion]Western medicine and traditional chinese medicine the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage an effective manner.
