| 摘 要： | 目的：对盐酸异丙嗪乳膏的制备方法和临床疗效进行研究。方法：将盐酸异丙嗪制成Ｏ／Ｗ型乳膏剂，局部涂布于患处。结果：盐酸异丙嗪乳膏制备简单，质量稳定。使用方便。治疗湿疹、婴儿湿疹、接触性皮炎、日光性皮炎等总有效率为７０％以上，且几无不良反应发生。结论：盐酸异内嗪乳膏适于临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To investigate the preparing method of promethazine hydrochloride cream and its clinical effects in dermatitis and eczema.METHOD:The cream was prepared and locally applied to patients with dermatitis and eczema.RESULTS:The quality of promethazine hydrochloride cream is stable and easy to control.It can be used in contact and solar dermatitis,adult and infantile eczema with 70% of effetive rate and no adverse side effects as secondary infections from cortical hormones.CONCLUSION:It is worth to be applied in the clinical treatment. |
