| 摘 要： | 文章报道1例脾表皮样囊肿病例.患者以中上腹不适为主要临床表现,B超、CT等检查示脾脏多发囊肿,行脾切除术,术后经病理学检查诊断为脾表皮样囊肿.术后患者恢复良好.结合文献,对该病例的相关问题进行探讨.

| Abstract: | This paper reported a case of splenic epidermoid cyst. The patient was clinically characterized by epigastric discomfort, and splenic multiple cysts were revealed by B ultrasound and CT examinations. Splenectomy was then conducted, and splenic epidermoid cyst was determined by pathological examination after operation. The patient experienced favorable recovery. On basis of literature review, some issues about this case were discussed. |
