| 摘 要： | 难治性抑郁症患者的工作记忆及功能性神经影像学的研究有助于揭示难治性抑郁症患者认知功能损害的特征,有助于临床医师重视难治性抑郁症患者的认知功能损害及其治疗,最终提高患者的生活质量,减轻患者家庭及社会疾病负担.文章对难治性抑郁症患者工作记忆及其功能性神经影像研究进展作一综述.

| Abstract: | Studies on working memory and functional neuro-imaging of treatment resistant depression (TRD) patients may take greatly benefits for us to reveal the characteristics of cognitive impairments and for clinicians to pay more attention to cognitive impairments and treatment of patients with TRD, which finally improve the quality of life and decrease family and social disease burden. The working memory and functional neuroimaging of TRD patients are reviewed in this paper. |
