摘    要:目的探讨离心速度对血小板功能及各项指标的影响,血小板数量对血小板聚集率的影响。方法选十例健康志愿者,按血小板聚集试验的标准对其静脉血抗凝处理,分组处理,进行血小板数量(PCL),血小板的平均体积(MPV),分配宽度(PDW),大血小板比率(PLCR),血小板压积(PCT),网织血小板数量(RP),血小板聚集率等指标的检查,分析各种因素对血小板功能的影响。结果离心速度与血小板数量,血小板的平均体积,分配宽度,大血小板比率,血小板压积,网织血小板数量,血小板聚集率都有相关性,1000转10分钟与3000转10分钟后混匀再1000转10分钟两组无显著差异。血小板的数量与聚集具有相关性。结论浓缩稀释试验使血小板的各项指标发生梯度性变化,在相关的条件下数量在一定的范围时对其功能影响不大。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the influence of centrifugal speed on platelet function and various index,and study the effects of platelet count on platelet aggregation.Methods: Five healthy volunteers were selected,and according to the standard of platelet aggregation test,their venous blood was carried out by anticoagulation treatment and packet processing.Then platelet count(PCL),mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW),platelet large cell ratio(PLCR),thrombocytocrit(PCT),the number of reticulated platelet(RP) and platelet aggregation were detected,and the effects of all factors on platelet function were analyzed.Results:There was correlation between centrifugal speed and PCL,MPV,PDW,PLCR,PCT,RP,platelet aggregation.There was no significant difference between the group with 1000rpm for 10minutes and the other group with 1000 rpm for 10 minutes after 3000rpm for 10 minutes.Platelet count had correlation with aggregation.Conclusion: In the concentration-dilution test,all indexes of platelet have gradient changes,but in the relative conditions and the count in certain range concentration-dilution test haslittle effect on platelet function.
