开封市城乡学前儿童蛲虫感染调查

目的 :了解开封市城乡学前儿童蛲虫感染情况。方法 :透明胶纸肛周粘贴法。结果 :总感染率为 3 1.2 1% ,男、女感染率分别为 3 0 .3 7%和 3 2 .0 1% ,两者差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。农村儿童蛲虫感染率 ( 3 8.60 % )高于城市儿童蛲虫感染率 ( 2 7.90 % ) ,小班蛲虫感染率 ( 2 2 .0 8% )低于中班 ( 3 7.42 % )和大班 ( 3 5 .2 8% )的蛲虫感染率。结论 :男、女儿童感染率无明显差别。农村儿童蛲虫感染率高于城市儿童蛲虫感染率 ,小班蛲虫感染率低于中班和大班的蛲虫感染率

Investigation on pinworm infection of pre-school children in the urban and rural of Kaifeng

Objective: To know something about pinworm infection of pre-school children in the urban and rural of Kaifeng.Methods: Cellophane tape method was used to paste around anus area.Results: The pre-school children's infection rate of pinworm was 31.21% in Kaifeng. The infection rates of boys and girls were 30.37% and 32.01% respectively, so there was no markable difference in infection rate between boys and girls (P>0.05). Rural's infection rate of pinworm (38.60%) was higher than urban's(27.80%). The infection rate in the kindergarten at the first grade was 22.08%, that in junior class 37.42%, and that in senior class 35.28%. Conclusion: There is no significant difference in infection rate between male and female children. Rural's infection rate of pinworm is higher than urban's. The infection rate at the first grade was lower than junior's and senior's.
