| 摘 要： | 自296的急性腹泻的成人和婴幼儿粪便中分离到空肠弯曲菌31株,总检出率为10.47％(成人为5.46％,婴幼儿为18.58％);自慢性腹泻35例中,检出1株,检出率为2.86％;非腹泻幼儿 231例,分离到空肠弯曲菌14株,检出率为6.06％。有4株进行热裂解气液相色谱分析。弯曲菌的生物分型,人源株以生物2型为主,占89.99％。弯曲菌肠炎的临床特征与菌痢相似。庆大霉素和红霉素是有效的治疗药物。

| Abstract: | Thirty-one strains of Campylobacter jejuni were isolated from the fecal specimens of 296 cases of adult and infant with acute diarrhea, with a total positive rate of 10.47%(adults 5.46% and infants 18.58%).In35 cases of chronic diarrhea only one patient gave a positive result Meanwhile, the fecal specimens of 231 nondiarrheal ki-dergarteners were cultivated and 14 strains of Campylobacter jejuni isolated (6.06%). Four unidenntified strains were sent for pyrolytic gas-liquid chromotography. gThree of them were positive by hippuric acid sodium salt hydrolysis test, and one negative. 89.29% of these Campylobacter strains fell into the category of Biotype n. The clinical manifestations of enteritis are analogous to those of shigellosis, and gentamycin and erythromycin are effective drugs. |
