摘    要:目的探讨参脉注射液(SMI)防治环孢霉素A(CsA)所致急性肾损伤的机制。方法按分组分别给予实验大鼠橄榄油、CsA、CsA和SMI及谷胱甘肽(GSH),14d后取血测血血肌酐(Scr);取肾组织。测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)含量。同时作肾组织病理学观察,行肾小管评分评价肾脏损害程度。结果连续处理14d后,大鼠肾脏可见明显损伤,Scr明显增高,组织SOD含量降低,而脂质过氧化产物MDA含量增高;SMI及还原型谷胱甘肽能明显地减轻肾脏损伤,Scr明显降低,组织SOD含量增高。MDA含量降低。结论SMI通过其抗氧化作用而有效减轻肾组织的毒性损伤。改善肾脏的功能。

Abstract:Objective]To investigate the mechanism of protective effects of Shen mai on cyclosporin-induced acute nephrotoxicity in rats. The animals in 4 groups were respectively treated with olive oil, CsA, SMI plus CsA and GSH plus CsA. After teatment 14 days, all animals were sacrificed and blood was taken for measurements of serum creatinine. The degree of renal injury was graded by the tubular pathological score. The renal tissue superoxide dismutase (SOD), and the content of the lipid peroxidation production--malondialdehyde(MDA) was detected. Severe renal damage was significant in cyclosporin-induced rats, serum creatinine and MDA increased markly, while SOD decreased largely, these changes became less conspicuous in those rats treated with ShenMai injection and glutathione at the same time. Conclusion] The findings indicated that cyclosporin A could effectively attenuate the nephrotoxicity induced by CsA, which was contributed to the antioxidant properties of ShenMai injection.
