摘    要:目的 评价青海野生和栽培秦艽的质量,为人工种植秦艽提供科学依据。方法 采用RP -HPLC测定野生和栽培秦艽中龙胆苦苷的含量。结果 栽培秦艽中龙胆苦苷的含量高于野生秦艽。结论 栽培秦艽的质量优于野生秦艽。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality of wild and planting Gentiana in Qinghai province and provide scientific basis for planting. METHODS The contents of gentiopicroside in wild and planting Gentiana was determinated by RP-HPLC method. RESULTS The content of gentiopicroside in planting Gentiana is higher than in wild Gentiana. CONCLUSION Gentiana planting in Qinghai is superior to wild Gentiana in quality.
