摘    要:目的 调查长沙市公务员血压与血脂、血糖、BMI、尿酸以及肌酐等各种危险因素之间的关系.方法 采取整群抽样方法抽取904名长沙市某医院公务员健康体检资料,所有资料采用SPSS 19.0软件进行卡方检验及Logistic回归分析.结果 高血压的患病率为25.08%,其中女性及男性的患病率分别为9.28%和15.80%;BMI超重人数为447例,超重率为49.39%;血糖异常者为140例,其中IGT为63例,患病率为6.96%,糖尿病为77例,患病率为8.51%;不同BMI患者发生高血压的几率不一样,且随体重指数的增大,高血压的发生几率明显增加,差异有显著性(P<0.01).结论高血压与性别、BMI有显著相关性;血压与BMI显著相关,BMI越高,高血压的患病率越高.

Abstract:【Objective】 To investigate the relationship between blood pressure and other risk factors(such as serum lipids,blood glucose,BMI,uric acid,creatinine,and so on) for Changsha public servants.【Methods】 The cluster sampling method was used to choose the health examination data of 904 Changsha public servants in one of Changsha hospital,and all the data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software chi-square tested and logistic regression analysis.【Results】 The total prevalence of hypertension was 25.08%,the prevalence of women and men were 9.28%,15.80%,respectively;the number of BMI overweight is 447 cases,the overweight rate was 49.39%;abnormal blood sugar of 140 cases,including IGT 63 cases,the prevalence rate of 6.96%,diabetes for 77 cases,the prevalence of which was 8.51%;the probability of different BMI in patients with hypertension is not the same,and with increasing BMI,the probability of the occurrence of hypertension increased significantly.【Conclusion】 Hypertension has the significant correlation with sex,BMI;blood pressure has the significant correlation between BMI,the higher of BMI,the higher prevalence of hypertension.
