| 摘 要： | 目的:研究幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染与胃溃疡、胃癌组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的关系及意义.方法:应用免疫组化SABC法检测36例胃溃疡、52例胃癌组织中HP及VEGF的表达.结果:胃溃疡组织中HP阳性组的VEGF表达(53.6%)明显高于HP阴性组(12.5%),两组间比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05);胃癌组织中HP阳性组的VEGF表达(84%)明显高于HP阴性组(40.7%),两组间比较差异显著(P＜0.05).结论:HP感染可增加VEGF的表达,HP阳性组胃溃疡组织中VEGF表达可能与胃溃疡发病的时段有关.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the correlation of helicobacter pylori(HP) infection with the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in gastric ulcer and gastric cancer and its significance.Methods:The expression of HP and VEGF was determined in 36 cases of gastric ulcer and 56 of gastric cancer by SABC immunochemistry.Results:The expression of VEGF of gastric ulcer tissue in HP(+) group(53.6 %)was significantly higher than that of HP(-)group(12.5%)(P<0.05),and the expression of VEGF of gastric cancer tissue in HP(+) group(84%)was significantly higher than that of HP(-)group(40%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The HP infection may increase the expression of VEGF in gastric ulcer and gastric cancer tissue, and the expression of VEGF is related to time of the attack of gastric ulcer. |
