三种脱敏剂治疗牙本质过敏症的临床疗效观察

目的 研究新型牙本质脱敏剂MS Coat用于牙齿咬合面过度磨耗致牙本质过敏症的疗效。方法 选择咬合面牙本质过敏患者64例，患牙184颗，分别应用MS Coat脱敏剂、极固宁及塑化液对牙合]面过敏区进行处理，观察即刻疗效以及1个月、3个月后的持续效果。结果 三种脱敏剂的即刻有效率均较高，分别是：93％、92％、88％，疗效相似；1个月后观察为89％、88％、75％，3个月时观察MS Coat及极固宁组疗效相似，塑化液组疗效下降，临床治疗有效率分别为88％、87％、66％。结果经统计学分析，差异具有统计学意义。结论 三种脱敏剂的即刻脱敏效果均较高，但3个月后MS Coat和极固宁组疗效较高，塑化液组疗效下降，提示MS Coat是一种较适合的牙本质脱敏剂。

Clinical evaluation of effectiveness of MS Coat desensitizer in treatment of dentin hypersensitivity

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of MS Coat desensitizer in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity.Methods Sixty-four patients with 184 dentin hypersensitive teeth were randomly divided into MS Coat, Green Or and resinifying solution group. Effective rate of the three agents on dentin hypersensitivity was examined immediately, one month and three months after the treatment.Results The effectiveness of the three agents showed no difference immediately after the treatment. One month later the effectiveness of all the agents reduced and MS Coat group showed better effectiveness than resinifying solution group. Three months after the treatment, the efficacy of MS Coat and Green Or were similar and significant higher than resinifying solution (P<0.01).Conclusion MS Coat is an effective desensitizer for dentin hypersensitivity.
