中西医结合治疗乙肝肝硬化临床疗效和安全性的Meta分析

目的:评价30年来国内乙肝肝硬化中西医结合治疗的临床疗效与安全性。方法:选用国内权威数据库中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、维普中文期刊数据库(VIP)、万方学术期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统(CBM)等作为资料源,对其1980年1月-2010年1月正式刊载的且Jadad量表评分2分以上的39篇乙肝肝硬化中西医结合随机对照试验(RCT)文献进行Meta分析。结果:30年来国内乙肝肝硬化中西医结合临床研究存在发表性偏倚,中西医结合治疗乙肝肝硬化有效性和安全性的获益具有潜在的优势。结论:亟需高质量的临床试验研究进一步验证中西医结合乙肝肝硬化的临床疗效和安全性。

Efficacy and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy for hepatitis B liver cirrhosis:a Meta-analysis

Objective:To evaluate clinical effects and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine(TCWM) of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis in 30 years in domestic.Methods:Choose 39 literatures in periodical of domestic authoritative resources database such as CNKI,VIP,Wan Fang,CBM,etc,from 1980-2010,which get two or more points after Jadad scale score of randomized controlled trials of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis,then to Meta-analysis.Results:In 30 years,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis clinical research exist published bias,but the clinical effects and safety exist the potential benefit in domestic.Conclusion:Use high quality clinical trials to further prove the clinical effects and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis was necessary promptly.
