| 摘 要： | 目的 观察帕米磷酸二钠 (博宁 )联合化疗对肺癌骨转移的疗效及不良反应。方法 将 81例患者分为A、B两组 ,A组为博宁联合化疗组 ,B组为单纯博宁组。结果 A、B两组治疗骨病灶的有效率 (PR CR)分别为4 1 5 %和 32 5 %。A、B两组治疗疼痛的有效率分别为 80 5 %和 72 5 % ,经统计学分析 ,差别无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 博宁可与化疗联合应用治疗肺癌骨转移 ,且安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of pamidronate(Bonin) Combined with chemotherapy in patients of bone metastases of advanced lung cancer.Methods 81 patients with bone metastases of advanced lung cancer were assigned to two groups(group A and group B).Group A was treated by pamidronate(Bonin) Combined with chemotherapy,group B was pamidronate(Bonin).Results Overall objective response rate (complete partial ) of bone metastases was 41.5%(17/41) and 32.5%(13/40),respectively,in both treatment groups,.Response rate of bone pain relief was 80.5%(33/41) and 72.5%(29/40) in both treatment groups.however,there was no statistic difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Pamidronate(Bonin) combined with chemotherapy can treat patients with bone metastases of advanced Lung Cancer,this is effective and safe. |
