| 摘 要： | "脾瘅"始见于<素问·奇病论>."瘅"与疾病有关的涵义有三.从王冰、张景岳等医家对本病的认识看其病因为"肥美之所发也",病机为"肥者令人内热,甘者令人中满","口甘、中满"为其症状,治则为"除陈气",方药以兰治之.
