前列腺摘除术病人围手术期的心理状况及护理对策

目的 研究前列腺摘除术病人围手术期的心理状况及护理对策。方法 采用Zung抑郁白评量表(SDS)和焦虑白评量表(SAS)，对我院2001年7月-2002年3月，70例前列腺摘除术患者进行问卷调查，并研究心理问题与躯体及社会因索之间的关系。结果 30％的前列腺摘除本国手术期患者存在抑郁状态．34％前列腺摘除术围手术期患者存在焦虑状态，有尿痛、血尿、社会支持不良、经济状况恶化者抑郁发生率显著升高(P＜0．01)，有进行性排尿困难、尿频、尿急、尿消留、社会支持不良、经济状况恶化、医疗保健不良者。焦虑发生率高(P＜0．01)。结论对前列腺摘除术围手术期的患者，应充分重视抑郁焦虑的护理。

The Psychological Status of Patients in the Perioperational Period of Prostate Removal and Nursing Method

Objective To study the psychological status of patients in the perioperational period of prostate removal and the nursing. Methods SDS and SAS were used to investigate in questionnaire form 70 patients given prostatectomy from July, 2001 to March,2002. In addtion.the relationship was studied between psychological problems and physical and social factors. Results 30% of the patients in the peri- operational period are in the state of depression while 34% patients are suffering from anxiety .The morbidity of depression increased significantly(P<0.01) with patients tortured by urodynia -hematuria. poor social support and deteriorated economic conditions, while the patients keep a high rate of anxiety who are inflicted by progressive dysuria. pollakisuria, urgency of urination, uroschisis, poor social support,deteriorated economic conditions and bad medical care. Conclusion Much attention should be paid to nursing patients with depression and anxiety in the perioperational period of prostatectomy.
