| 摘 要： | 目的：了解医学生卫生服务需求和医疗保障的现状。方法：采用整群抽样的方法，抽取500人进行问卷调查。结果：医学生两周患病率为21．2％，两周就诊率为7．2％，两周未就诊率为14．0％，年住院率为2．2％，次均就诊费用为98．66元，次均住院费用为7636．36元。66．2％的医学生可以承受目前的医疗费用。结论：参加医疗保险是有效降低大学生医疗费用的较好选择。
