摘    要:目的:比较不同来源乌拉尔甘草的产量、甘草酸和甘草苷含量。方法:田间观察记录甘草地上部分生长发育特性,刻度尺测量甘草根长和根粗,称重法测量甘草干物重,高效液相色谱法测定甘草酸和甘草苷含量。结果:--年生甘肃民勤栽培乌拉尔甘草的产量最高,其次是内蒙古杭锦旗乌拉尔甘草,民勤野生乌拉尔甘草的干重最低,仅为栽培甘草的80%多;甘草酸含量也是甘肃民勤栽培乌拉尔甘草的最高,达到1.79%;甘草苷含量则是民勤野生乌拉尔甘草最高为O.8%多。结论:甘肃民勤栽培乌拉尔甘草产量和甘草酸含量较高,可以作为选育高产、高甘草酸含量甘草品种的育种材料。

Abstract:Objective: Compare the contents of Glycyrrhizinic acid, Liquiritin and the yields of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. from different origin. Methods: The characteristic of growth and development of G. uralensis Fisch. was observed and recorded in the field, the root length and width were measured by the ruler, the dry weight was measured by the weighing method, and the contents of Glycyrrhizinic acid and Liquiritin were measured by the HPLC. Results: The yield of G. uralensis Fisch. of one-year growth cultivated in Minqin County of Gansu Province was highest, the second was Hangjinqi of Inner Mongolia, and the yield of wild G. uralensis Fisch. in Minqin was lowest, and was only 80% of that of the cultivated. The content of Glycyrrhizinic acid of G. uralensis Fisch. cultivated in Minqin County of Gansu Province was also highest, and was about 1.79%. The content of Liquiritin of wild Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. in Minqin was highest, and was more than 0.8%. Conclusion: G. uralensis Fisch. cultivated in Minqin County of Gansu Province could be material of breeding for selection the variety of G. uralensis Fisch. with high yield and high content of Glycyrrhizinic acid.
