头孢克肟协同中药血必净注射液治疗老年呼吸道感染的疗效分析

目的：了解口服头孢克肟协同中药血必净注射液治疗老年呼吸道感染的疗效。方法：回顾分析2007年8月～2008年6月在本院呼吸内科住院的60～80岁的老年患者100例,随机分为A、B两组,A组50例为治疗组,给予头孢克肟协同中药血必净注射液口服。B组50例为对照组,单用头孢克肟。结果：治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,经统计学检验,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：头孢克肟协同中药血必净注射液治疗老年呼吸道感染,使用方便,安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

Curative efficacy of Cefixime combined with Xuebijing injection for respiratory tract infection in elderly

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of Cefixime combined with Xuebijing injection in the treatment of the respiratory tract infection in the elderly. Methods： 100 elderly patients with respiratory tract infection（aged from 60 to 80 years old）were randomly assigned to treatment group（group A ,50 cases,with Cefixime combined with Xuebijing injection） and control group（group B,50 cases,with Cefixime only）. Results： The results showed that the curative effect of treatment group was better,statistically significant difference was found between the treatment group and the control group（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Cefixime combined with Xuebijing injection is easy to use,safe and effective,and is worth being widely used.
