米非司酮在中期妊娠引产中的应用效果

目的观察米非司酮在中期妊娠引产中的应用效果。方法将60例中期妊娠引产孕妇分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。观察组给予口服米非司酮,早25mg,晚50mg,1次/12h,共4次,再羊膜腔内注射利凡诺100mg,观察孕妇用药后的反应。对照组不服米非司酮,只在孕妇羊膜腔内注射利凡诺100mg。结果观察组从注药到胎儿、胎盘排出时间短,从阵腹痛发生到胎儿、胎盘排出时间短,胎膜残留及失血量少。结论此方法简便、安全,能有效减轻引产痛苦、胎膜残留及失血量少,应积极推广应用。

Objective Effects of mifepristone in induced abortion in pregnant. Methods Divide sixty abortion in pregnant women into two groups -the experimental group and control group. The experimental group were given 25rag Mifepris- tone in the morning and 50mg in the evening to take orally, once in every twelve hours all for four times. After that injected 100rag Rivanol into the amniotic cavity, and then watched the result. But the experimental group were not given Mifepristone, only injected 100mg Rivanol into the amniotie cavity. Results It took shorter time for the experimental group from injection to discharge of fetus and placenta, the fetal membranes remain and the amount of bleeding is also less than the control group. Conclusion This method is both simple and safe, also it can be used to ease the pain of abortion in pregnant, reduce Fetal membrane remain and the amount of bleeding, so it can be widely used.
