心理护理在泌尿外科中老年患者中的应用

目的探讨心理护理在泌尿外科中老年患者中的临床效果。方法将76例泌尿外科住院的中老年患者随机分为观察组和对照组各38例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予心理护理。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评定2组心理状况。结果 2组护理后躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对性、恐怖、偏执、精神病性评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理可显著改善泌尿外科中老年患者的心理状况。

Application of psychological care of middle-aged patient in urology department

Objective To invastigate the clinical effect of psychological care of middle-aged patient in urology department.Methods 76 cases of hospitalized middle-aged patients in urological surgery wererandomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 38 cases.Control group received conventional care,while observation group was given psychological care on the basis of control group.Measured the psychological status with the symptom checklist(SCL-90) of two groups.Results After nursing care,the scores of somatization,compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobia,hypochondriasis,and psychiatric in both groups were lower than those before,and the scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological care can significantly improve the psychological status of middle-aged patient in urology surgery.
