痰热清注射液联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘的疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨痰热清注射液联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘的疗效。方法将支气管哮喘患者57例随机分为治疗组29例和对照组28例。治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予痰热清注射液静脉滴注和布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入。比较2组疗效及临床症状体征消失时间。结果治疗组总有效率为93.10%高于对照组的85.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组咳嗽、喘憋、哮鸣音消失时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痰热清注射液联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘效果良好,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of Tanreqing injection combined with budesonide in bronchial asthma.Methods 57 cases patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment group(29 cases) and control group(28 cases).On basis of conventional therapy,treatment group were given Tanreqing injection intravenous infusion and budesonide suspension atomization inhalation,control group were given budesonide suspension atomization inhalation.Compared the efficacy and disappearance time of clinical symptom and sign in two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group(93.10%) was higher than that of control group(85.71%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of coughing,wheezing,wheeze of treatment group were shorter than those of control group,there were significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Tanreqing injection combined with budesonide atomization inhalation in bronchial asthma has a nice effect,is worthy of clinical application.
