中医推拿联合硫酸锌口服治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效观察

目的评价中医推拿联合硫酸锌口服治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的效果。方法将轮状病毒肠炎患儿50例随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例。治疗组采用中医推拿联合硫酸锌口服治疗;对照组采用口服微生态制剂枯草杆菌、肠球菌二联活菌颗粒剂(妈咪爱)和蒙脱石散(思密达)治疗。比较2组临床疗效和临床症状评分。结果治疗组总有效率为96.0%高于对照组的68.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后2组症状评分均降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)治疗组治疗48h及治疗72h临床症状评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医推拿联合硫酸锌口服治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效好,方法简单易行,值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of Chinese massage combined with sulfuric acid zinc oral solution for infants with rotavirus enteritis

Objective To evaluate the effect of Chinese massage combined with sulfuric acid zinc oral solution for in- fants with rotavirus enteritis. Methods 50 cases of infants with rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 25 cases. Treatment group were given Chinese massage combined with sulfuric acid zinc oral solu- tion,while control group were given probiotics（Medilac-Vita） and Montmorillonite powder（Smecta）. Compared clinical effica- cy and clinical symptom score of two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group （96.0%） was higher than that of control group （68.0%）, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with before tratment, after trat- ment, the two groups the symptom score were reduced（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. 48h and 72h after treatment,the clinical symp- tom scores of treatment group were lower than those of control group, there were significant difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Chinese massage combined with sulfuric acid zinc oral solution can be used to treat infants with rotavirus enteritis. It is effective, convenient, and worth promotion in primary hospital.
