| 摘 要： | 目的建立盐酸西替利嗪分散片含量测定的反相高效液相色谱法。方法采用十八烷基键合硅胶色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以0.02mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸调pH至3.0)-乙腈-甲醇(45∶25∶30)为流动相;流速为0.8ml·min-1;柱温35℃;检测波长为230nm。结果线性范围为60～140μg·ml-1,r=0.9999;平均回收率为100.0%,RSD为0.15%(n=9)。结论本方法简单、迅速、可靠。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of Cetirizine Hydrochloride in its dispersible tablets.METHODS Diamonsil C_ 18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) was used as the stationary phase,0.02mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate (adjust the pH value to 3.0 with phosphoric acid)-acetonitrile-methanol(45∶25∶30)was used as the mobile phase at 0.8ml·min -1. The column temperature was 35℃.The detection wavelenth was 230nm.RESULTS The standard curve was proved to be linear in the range of 60~140μg·ml -1,r=0.9999.The recovery of method was 100.0%,RSD was 0.15%(n=9).CONCLUSION The method is simple,fast and reliable. |
