摘    要:<正> 在针刺作用原理研究中,人们发现针刺效应与针刺后交感神经系统机能活动的变化有较密切的关系。有的工作表明,针刺可使交感神经活动受到相对抑制;也有人报告针刺对交感神经活动有兴奋作用。已经知道,中枢肾上腺素能机能与外周交感神经活动之间存在着复杂的关系,中枢肾上腺素能受体在针刺镇痛效应中也起一定作用。进一步要解决的问题是,针刺使交感神经活动发生改变,与中枢肾上腺素能机能又有什么关系。


EFFECTS OF ELECTRO-ACUPUNCTURE ON THE EFFERENT DISCHARGES OF THE SPLANCHNIC NERVE IN RABBITS AND ITS RELATION TO CENTRAL ADRENERGIC RECEPTORS
Abstract:The post-ganglionic discharges were recorded from the splanchnic nevers in 48 rabbits.Arterial blood pressure was also recorded in some experiments. After electro-acupuncture at Tsusanli point the splanchnic discharges were potentiated while the inhibitory phase of costovisceral reflex was diminished. This showed that electro-acupuncture had an excitatory action on sympathe- tic activity concerned with viscera. The splanchnic discharges were potentiated after intraventricular injection of alpha-adrenergic antagonist phentolamine(0.5mg) or beta-adrenergic agonist isoproterenol(0.06mg).Intraventricular injection of beta-adrenergic antagonist propranolol(0.12mg) or alpha adrenergic agonist methoxamine(1mg) induced attenuation of splanchnic discharge and the excitatory action of elecctro-acupuncture was reduced or abolished. These results showed that the effects of electro-acupuncture on sympathetic activity had something to do with adrenergic receptors in central nervous system,in which the beta-adrenergic receptor presented an agonistic effect, but alpha-adrenergic receptor did an antagonistic effect,on acupuncture.
