膝关节置换患者术前焦虑情绪与术后疼痛的相关性研究

目的探讨膝关节置换患者术前焦虑情绪与术后疼痛的相关性,并提出护理对策。方法对41例行膝关节置换患者采用视觉模拟量表（VAS）及状态-特质焦虑问卷（STAI）于术前及术后不同时间分别进行焦虑和疼痛情况调查,并进行统计学分析。结果患者术前焦虑分值（44.21±9.34）,与常模比较差异有统计学意义;术后疼痛与术前焦虑水平存在相关关系。结论膝关节置换患者术后疼痛程度与术前焦虑情绪有关,护理人员应关注患者术前情绪状态,加强对患者的心理护理。

The relative research of pre-operative anxiety and post-operative pain in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty

Objective To explore the relative research of pre-operative anxiety and post-operative pain in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty.Methods Forty-one patients underwent total knee arthroplasty,and questionnaires of Visual Analogue Seale(VAS) and State-Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI) were used to get the data in pre-operation and different times of post-operation.The data was analyzed by the software SPSS 13.0.Results The pre-operative anxiety scores were(44.21±9.34) and showed significant difference,compared with that of normal models.There was correlation between pre-operative anxiety and post-operative pain.Conclusion The post-operative pain in total knee arthroplasty patients has something to do with pre-operative anxiety,and anxiety is the influential factors of post-operative pain.Nursing staff should pay attention to the emotional state of patients before the operation,and intensify the psychological care of the patients.
