寰枢椎紊乱引起头晕的巩膜眼征机理探讨

头晕是临床中常见自觉症状,涉及的学科广泛,许多全身性疾病均可引起,常伴其他症状而出现,医生非问不知.笔者近5年来临床中发现睛明穴外下侧、单侧或双侧巩膜的内上象限出现弧形或接近弧形走向的血络,多可判断寰枢椎紊乱并发头晕症状,尤其见于长时间头晕的患者,并经X片和触诊证实,枢椎棘突多偏向出现弧形血络的对侧,且伴有局部压痛.此种诊断方法简便易行,准确性高,望而可知,真正体现中医诊断特色,且可用现代解剖阐明其诊断机理,且可以用X片验证,可重复性高.
