摘    要:目的:探测郄门穴与非经穴体内电特性,验证经穴体内电信号探测的可行性,以期能为今后经穴体内电特性研究及临床应用提供理论依据。方法:采用可在体使用的同心圆电极针及与其相配套的函数发生器和示波器探测13名健康志愿者皮下5 mm、15 mm、25 mm郄门穴与非经穴的电信号大小并对其进行比较。结果:13例志愿者在皮下5 mm探测均出现较清晰电信号波形,5例志愿者在皮下15 mm探测出现信号,随着探测深度的增加电压幅值变小。在皮下5 mm、15 mm郄门穴及非经穴电压幅值比较尚未发现显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:初步验证了经穴体内电信号探测的可行性,为经穴体内电特性进一步研究提供了新方法。

Abstract:Objective: The paper explores the inner body electric characteristic of PC4 acupoint and non - acu- point, and verifies the feasibility of inner body electric signal exploration through acupoint to provide theory evi- dence to the inner body electric characteristic researches through aeupoint and clinical appliance in the future. Methods:Using the insulation probes which can used in the human body with a function generator and an oscil- lmeter to explore the electric signal under skin at different depths (5 ram,15 ram,25 ram) in 13 healthy volun- teers, and voltage was measured for acupoint and non -acupoint. Results:The legible electric signal waveform is appeared by exploring under skin 5 mm in all 13 volunteers, and by exploring under skin 15 mm waveform appeared only in 5 volunteers, besides that the voltage become lower with exploring deeper. There was no conspicuous voltage difference for PC4 acupoint and non - acupoint between under skin 5 mm and 15 mm. Conclusion:Gives the feasibility verification for inner body aeupoint electric signal exploration and provides a new method for inner body electric characteristic further study.
