针刺通里穴对健康青年人心率变异性影响的研究

目的:通过观察针刺通里穴对心率变异性的影响,探讨针刺通里穴对自主神经的影响.方法:选择心率变异性正常的健康青年20人,进行通里穴针刺,并在针刺前5 min、针刺时、针刺后10 min、出针时以及出针后10 min,检测HRV的变化.结果:针刺通里穴时RMSSD和HF norm较针刺前均有降低,留针后10 min,即行针时继续降低,待出针时人持续低位；SD和LF norm与针刺前相比升高,行针时达到高峰,出针时人持续高位；LF/HF针刺时、行针、出针时均较试验前时显著增加,显示交感神经的兴奋性增强而副交感神经兴奋性减弱,一直持续到出针.结论:针刺通里穴可使心交感神经紧张性增强、迷走神经紧张性减低,总体效应可影响到出针,行针时最强.

Clinical Study of Acupuncture Tongli Acupoints on HRV in Healthy Adults

Objective：To explore the clinical effectiveness to autonomic nerves by acupuncture Tongli aeupoints through observe the clinical effectiveness of HRV by acupuncture Tongli acupoints. Methods：20 cases of Healthy adults of HRV were Selected to acupuncture Tongli acupoints, and detect HRV before the needle 5 mins,into the needle,after into the needle 10 rains,withdraw the needle and after needle 10 mins. Results： When acupunctured Tongli aeupoints, RMSSD and HFnorm values reduced than before, and when staied out of the needle these values continue reduced, and SD and LFnorm value raised when into the needle, after into the needle and withdraw the needle, which reaches a peak and sustained when withdraw the needle. It displays that the excitability of sympathetic nerve increased and of the parasympathetic nerve decreased. Conclusion： Acu- puncture Tongli acupuncture enhances the hearts of sympathetic tone, reduces vagal tension, affects to withdraw needle on overall effects, and into the needle is the strongest.
