摘    要:卒中已成为国内居民首位死亡原因,也是成年人致残的首要原因,而缺血性脑卒中占所有脑卒中类型的80%.针灸在治疗缺血性脑血管病已通过大量的临床与实验研究,并被证实是行之有效的治疗方法,但针剌治疗脑卒中的作用机制尚不完全清楚.而对于针刺治疗脑缺血的电生理机制越来越受到重视.笔者就近20年来针刺干预脑缺血的电生理研究作以综述.

Abstract:Strock has become the first cause of death,which is also the leading cause of adult disability,then ischemic stroke accounts for 80%of all stroke types.Acupuncture in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease has been through a lot of clinical and experimental study,and has been proven to be an effective treatment.However,the mechanism of acupuncture treatment for stroke is not entirely clear while the mechanism of electrophysiology on acupuncture treatment for cerebral ischemia was paid more and more attention.So the author has a review about the advances in electrophysiology on acupuncture intervention of cerebral ischemia during recent 20 years.
