眼部内刺法与电针眼外肌穴治疗外展神经麻痹症的临床研究

目的:观察眼部内刺法与电针眼外肌穴治疗外展神经麻痹症的临床疗效.方法:采用单盲、随机、对照和前瞻性的研究方法,将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组患者均在原发病稳定后采用针刺治疗.治疗组选用眼部内刺法及电针眼外肌穴,每日1次；对照组选用常规针刺法,每日1次.记录两组治疗前后眼球运动的范围和角度的变化,进行统计学处理.结果:治疗组总有效率97.5％,痊愈率60.0％；对照组总有效率77.5％,痊愈率15.0％.两组比较差异显著(P＜0.01).结论:眼部内刺法与电针眼外肌穴治疗外展神经麻痹症疗效显著,优于常规针刺治疗.

Eye-acupuncture with Electro-acupuncture on Ocular Muscles as a Main Point for the Treatment of Abducens Nerve Paralysis

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of eye-acupuncture with electro-acupuncture on ocular muscles as a main point treatment for abducens nerve paralysis.Methods：80 cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.Both of the two groups received the treatment when the primary diseases were stabilized.Treatment Group：we chose ocular muscles as a main point with the method of eye-acupuncture and electro-acupuncture once daily.Control Group：we adopted the acupuncture of traditional Chinese medicine once daily.Then we observed and recorded the ranges of ocular movement and the angle changed of diplopia in the two groups.Results：The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 97.5% and 77.5%.Heal rates were 60.0% and 15.0%.There was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Eye-acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture on ocular muscles as a main point treatment is superior to the acupuncture of traditional Chinese medicine.
