超声引导下经皮微波治疗兔肾VX2肿瘤疗效

摘    要:目的 探讨超声引导下微波凝固治疗肾肿瘤的可行性和有效性.方法建立新西兰兔肾VX2肿瘤模型30只,随机分为对照组15只,实验组15只,对实验组10天后行超声引导下兔肾脏VX2肿瘤的微波消融治疗,对照组未行处理,于微波治疗后5 d、10 d、15 d,比较两组肿瘤大小及回声情况,至兔自然死亡时比较平均生存时间和肿瘤转移情况.结果 15只兔均经超声引导下微波凝固治疗成功.微波治疗后5 d、10 d、15 d,治疗组肿瘤体积明显小于对照组.生存时间治疗组(46.3±8.6)d与对照组(23.7±5.6)d的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).肉眼粗测治疗组腹腔及肺部转移情况少于对照组.结论超声引导下微波凝固治疗兔肾VX2肿瘤操作简便,可有效减缓肿瘤生长速度、延长生存期并减少转移几率.

Abstract:Objective To study the feasibility and effectiveness of percutaneous microwave coagulation guided by ultrasonography in rabbit renal tumor. Methods Thirty rabbits carrying renal VX2 tumor were divided into treated group and control group randomly (each n=15). Percutaneous microwave coagulation guided by ultrasonography was performed in the treated group 10 after carrying tumors, and the size, echo of the tumors, as well as tumor state metastasis rate and survival rate on 5 d, 10 d and 15 d after coagulation were compared. Results Microwave coagulation was successfully performed on the treated group. Tumor size in the treated group was smaller than that in control group 5 d, 10 d, 15 d after operation (P<0.05). The difference of survival rate between the treated group and control was significant ( )d vs ( d, P<0.05). Metastasis nodular number in lung tissue and abdomen in the treated group was fewer than that of control group. Conclusion The treatment of microwave coagulation guided by ultrasonography in rabbit renal tumor is convenient, safe and effective.
