平阳霉素瘤内注射治疗颌面部血管瘤及淋巴管瘤

目的：观察平阳霉素瘤内注射治疗颌面部海绵状血管瘤、淋巴管瘤的临床疗效.方法：用平阳霉素8mg溶解在2ml生理盐水中,再加入2%利多卡因2ml及地塞米松1ml（5mg）,对瘤体进行分点注射,每次3～5ml,间隔时间7～10天,直至瘤体完全或大部分消失为止.结果：本组36例患者,治愈28例（占77.7%）,好转8例（占22.3%）,无效0例,所有患者未出现过敏、组织坏死等并发症.结论：平阳霉素瘤内注射治疗颌面部海绵状血管瘤、囊性淋巴管瘤疗效确切、副作用小,是一种较理想的治疗方法.

Treatment of maxillofacil cavernous hemangioma and lymphangioma vessel with local injection of pingyangmycin and dexamethasone

Objective To investigate the effects of Pingyangmycin and Dexamethasone on maxillofacial cavernous hemangioma and lymphangioma. Methods 8mg Pingyangmycin was dissolved in 2ml normal saline , 2ml 2% lidocaine and lml Dexamethasone. Then 3-5ml solution was injected into several parts of the tumor every 7-10 days until it disappears. Results In 36 cases, 28 cases had satisfied results in function and appearance,the cured rate were 77.7%; getting improvement was 22.3%.The total efficiency was 100%. Conclusion This method may be a safe ,simple and effective therapy to the maxillofacial cavernous hemangioma and lymphatic vessel turnout.
